Refund Policy

At Belbox, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

🔄 Exchanges

  • For exchange requests, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details.

  • We’ll send your replacement through the same rider, who will also pick up your original parcel.

  • Delivery charges of PKR 300 will apply on exchanges if the size issue is from the customer’s side.

  • If the error is from our side, Belbox will bear all delivery costs.

💸 Refunds

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • To request a refund, please provide your order details and a brief description of the issue on WhatsApp.

  • Refunds will be transferred via Easypaisa only.

  • Customer will bear courier charges for sending back the product in case of a refund.
